We engaged Jacqui Thornton as an independent moderator of a 3 hour ‘Think Tank’ on CardioDiabetes organised by the Global Heart Hub. The participants were a mixture of leading international clinical experts, international patient organisation representatives and individuals with lived experience of Diabetes and Cardiovascular disease. She did a superb job and additionally provided considerable input into the agenda planning and overall organisation of the event.
